Note:
1. Other than 16 guides(8 from COY 1, 8 from COY 2) that will be chosen to man CCHMS booth that day (floorball and weaving), the rest will need to sign up for 1 Indoor Activity and 1 Outdoor Activity. You can also sign up for 2 Indoor Activities.
2. Cost of the outdoor activity will be borne by the Guide herself.
3. Allocation will be based on first come, first served basis. Thus you need to inform your PL/PS your preferences by 17 June 2012.
4. PL/PS, please collate your Patrol's responses and forward it to Jia Wen CL.
5. Absence from this event will require submission of supporting document such as MC.
