Cupcake baking instructions :)

Hi Guides! :) For those going for the cupcake baking session this Wednesday, here are some instructions:

• The bus will leave the concourse at 2.40pm SHARP, so please report to the concourse @ 2.20pm or immediately after your last lesson if your end at 2.20pm.

(Please ignore the previous message that was sent, regarding the excuse slips and leaving class earlier.)

• You will report to the concourse with the school attire that you will be wearing for the day.
• Please be reminded to pack some food for lunch so that you can eat while waiting at the concourse.

Each guide to bring:

1. Pen
2. Notebook
3. Apron
4. Container to keep cupcakes (min size: 10 x 5 x 5 cm container)

The bus will leave the pastry kitchen at 5.45pm so that we will be able to reach school by 6pm. If your parents are fetching you from school, do inform them to come around 6pm. No one will be allowed to leave from the pastry kitchen no matter how close it is to home.

Ms Pauline will be conducting the baking class with 3 other trainers. :)

 
You will be working together in groups. So here's the grouping (no swapping of members allowed):

Group 1: Ginn Ling, Min Hui, Chevlene, Jasmine, Carrie
Group 2: Jaydee, Jaymie, Caroline Zhang, Cheng Sing, Guan Min
Group 3: L. Jia Yu, Kayleen, Bing Pei, Seow Khim, Qi Yi
Group 4: Germaine, L. Si Yun, Shailyn, Rachel, Min Yi
Group 5: Vivian, Wee Teng, Chua Ying, Lynette, Kan Yin
Group 6: Jane, May, Jing Yu, Hsin Chen, Sheena
Group 7: R. Jia Wen, S. Jia Wen, Jazel, Ying Ying, Rachel
Group 8: Jia En, Kai Ying, Gwen, Ya Qi, Jia Yi
Group 9: Ashley, Jia Hui, Cai Leng, K. Si Yun, Esther
Group 10: Anna, Catherine, Hueywen, Isadora, Alicia
Group 11: Ru Jun, Y. Jia Yu, Tian Hui, Wei Ting, Hannah, Adella

Do remember your group members and group NUMBER because you'll be sitting according to your group number.

For the bus rides, each group is assigned to a different bus:

• Bus that can accommodate 39 pupils: Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11 (3 people from Group 11)  
• Bus that can accommodate 19 pupils: Groups 8, 9, 10, 11 (3 people from Group 11)

Do remember the buses that you will be boarding!
