Track Pants for Sec1s-Sec3s

Hi Guides.

From next year on, it will be compulsory for ALL of you to own at least one pair of black/dark blue track pants. This is because many courses and camp by the HQ would require you to wear track pants in order to participate in the activities. Hence, all guides are to purchase a pair of track pants before the first activity next year. We will be checking. For those that already have a pair at home, you guys no need to buy another one. But, the track pants must have a base colour of either black or dark blue. For those that need to buy, Giant is selling a pair for less than $10 so you can drop by there to purchase one.
