Please get the consent form from Cai Leng AQM at 3IT on Tuesday (9 July) morning after 7 a.m. The consent form will be collected on Wednesday during activity.
No transport will be provided. Therefore, on that day, please meet us at Bishan MRT station at 8.20 am. Attire for that day would be PE T-shirt, track pants, and covered shoes with white socks. Bring extra socks if you want to. Please don't be late, thank you! :>
