Report to the concourse by 3.20pm sharp. Attire will be FULL guides uniform with HIGH white socks;nails should be trimmed. Make sure that all your badges are SHINY and that your company tag is the right one if you changed coy. Remember to learn how to fold the napkin in the 'cone' way. Bring along your waterbottles and thermometer.
